Get up and Move
“The purpose of this project is to understand trend forecasting and make predictions based on a brand chosen. Understanding ideas related to your brand to predict upcoming seasonal trends was important so you could understand your brand and the style of the company. For my project I chose Alo Yoga. Alo Yoga when creating a color palate go for neutral colors with 2-4 pops of color throughout a season. Alo Yoga wants you to be able to wear their garments daily, through any activity in hopes you can do yoga wherever you are. Alo’s market is targeted to two audiences, young and active. The pricing of the company varies but would be considered in the contemporary market. For this project I used information social media and the website to create a new idea for marketing and new trends they haven’t done yet without venturing far away from the brand.”
